A hot dinner spot and art gallery in the heart of Palermo's night scene, Ummo brings an unassuming humility with its hip, modern style. Brick walls decorated with paintings from the Praxis Gallery, dark tablecloths and a mix of R&B and jazz classics create the perfect ambiance for Ummo's unique twist on Italian classics, creating some exotic dishes.
