"No part of a cow shall be wasted," boast many proud Argentines. Tierra de Parilleros has embraced this mindset, where you can get nearly any cut of meat grilled to perfection. All arrives on a small, table-sized grill, looking like artwork. For those who enjoy delicacies such as liver, kidneys, blood sausage, chorizo, sweetbreads, and tripe this is as good as it gets.

The menu is extensive, providing something for everyone, even less-adventurous eaters. Large mounds of house-made bread are served, along with a variety of salads, vegetables and traditional cuts such as beef tenderloin.

Waitresses in traditional La Pampa style dresses serve diners and answer questions about this traditional Argentine cuisine. Despite the high prices, Tierra de Parrilleros is full to capacity on sunny Sundays as Portenos enjoy a long, dockside afternoon. Inside, one gets the feeling of being at home with a small bright dinning space. Here is where you can get the experience of a slow family style meal in Puerto Madero.

Major Credit Cards are accepted.
