Salvame Maria's is about socializing, and perhaps eating or drinking something while you do so. Their food is De Autor, meaning they have a little bit of everything and the specials of the day vary from local fresh pasta to steak and chicken. On their menu you'll find rare-in-Buenos Aires items such as Mexican style burritos and chips with guacamole. Basic sandwiches, milanesa (beef or veal lightly breaded and fried or baked) and a café menu with pastries are available at all hours.

Salvame Maria (translation: "save me Maria") will likely have the opposite effect on your lungs as you happily type away enjoying their WiFi connection; this is Phillip Morris' dream. Outdoor seating is available in the summer months, but the WiFi connection fades. The corner location and well stocked bar with a large variety of imported liquor, and local beer and wine helps this place to be full most hours of the day.
