Imported pastas and fresh, delicious pizza are on offer at this unassuming corner of Palermo. Photo by Gena Mavuli.

Con las manos in la masa (with hands in the flour) as the logo, Infragantti promises fresh, delicious food. Along with classic pizzas such as Margharita - tomatoes and mozzarella cheese - choices such as Oye, mi cuerpo pide salsa (Listen, my body is asking for sauce) and their signature Infragantti - with mozzarella, pancetta, provolone and a hard boiled egg in the center - leaves nothing to be desired.

Imported pastas are bold, including "La Nonna" (the grandmother) with a Patagonia beef sauce or "Doppo Morire" (After death) - salmon sorrentinos with a lemon cream sauce topped with shrimp. A selection of desserts such as homemade Tiramisu, and a red, fruit mousse are available along with beer, wine and liquor options.

Come to Infragantti for an Italian meal and stay for live music on Tuesday nights. It's a place to meet friends and hang out in this open, relaxed atmosphere. Pizzas are priced between $8-$16AR for a small and $11-$19AR for a large. Pasta dishes run between $8- $18AR. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, weather permitting. Major Credit Cards are accepted.
