Eterna Cadencia is peace in the middle of the Palermo fashion and restaurant scene. A bookstore cum café, come here to browse the shelves and enjoy a relaxed meal. The café offers separate menus for lunch and dinner, both specialized. Starters such as Bastones de Salmon, the Eterna Cadencia salad, or meals such as black fettuccini with seafood, Rissotto of the sea, or grilled salmon with zucchini tartlet are just some of the specialties to temp your taste buds.

For dessert, choose from several options such a fresh banana split or death by chocolate- perhaps the best way to die. This is a place where the luxuries of life are calm, subtle, and emphasized. A café menu with coffee, pastries and smoothies is also available along with a large variety of imported liquor. Menus are provided in both English and Spanish. The executive lunch menu which includes the dish of the day, a non-alcoholic beverage, dessert and coffee costs $17 pesos, while dinner entrees run between $20-$31 pesos.
