Authentic Creole cuisine is Estilo Criollo. Come here for Paella a la Valencia- rice with seafood in a spicy tomato sauce, or seafood brochette with prawns and salmon. Authentic parilla is offered with choices such as Lomo (tenderloin) with mashed potatoes, or veal with mushrooms in a lemon sauce.
The beef is so fresh, it can be seen roasting over a fire as you walk in. With the ambiance of a hunting lodge, one gets the feeling that their food was just recently caught and cooked to order. Finish the meal with Apple Flambe with liquor and ice cream or Borgona pears with ice cream and a hot-chocolate dressing. Other dessert options are also available.
A choice of 17 red wines is offered including Valmont and San Humberto Malbec. Beer and Champagne are also available, but liquor options are limited. Entrees are between $10-$35AR.
