From the hidden location on the opposite side of Parque Lezama (away from Defensa, closer to the entrance of La Boca, next to the McDonalds), to its super low-key almost backyard atmosphere and hospitality, this little place is a big non-touristy treat, at least for now. As you walk in past the always burning grill, make sure to say hi to the grillman so you can feel more welcome. From there the guys in the dark blue lab coats make sure that you are completely satisfied till the end.

Sit on either side of the partial glass divider with a lone Maradona stencil and take in the sights and smells; from weekend guitarists sharing song and beer to the many different materials that hold this place up; from wood, to corrugated metal to plastic, glass and concrete, all in different colors. Choripan for $2AR and a complete paty or hamburger for a mere $3AR this is a bargain hunters dream. More like eating in your Uncle Bernie's back yard than a typical parrila, your more likely to hear Green Day than Cumbia on their radio.
