The soft yellow lighting in long, narrow, high-ceilinged room adds a sultry touch to the classy, 1920s-style atmosphere, ripe for enjoying the signature risottos and homemade pastas with the choice of 20 different sauces incorporating not-so-standard ingredients like broccoli, eggplant, zucchini, and salmon. There are some decent seafood options and plenty of meat, like the bacon-wrapped filet mignon with malbec wine sauce, sweet onion, and mashed potatoes.

Eh! Santino also boasts excellent salads, the best of which may be the smoked salmon, featuring arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, brie, avocado, and a walnut-vinaigrette dressing to compliment the fish. The wine list occupies it's own menu, with prices ranging from about 15 to 600 pesos. Make no mistake, this posh Italian joint will put a dent in your wallet, but it will excite your taste buds and impress your date. The rooftop patio is lovely on warm evenings.
