Bar 6 is an all around great restaurant, artfully grooving through the day from elaborate and satisfying early morning breakfast, through creative lunches, sumptuous and sinful dinners, and well into the late evening with sinful cocktails. High ceiling, modern décor, and a combination of rounded sofas for groups and regular tables make it an inviting place. Those who arrive early enough should request a cozy table upstairs for enhanced people-watching pleasure.

This place has a little of everything but all the choice and high-quality comes at a price. Start the day out right with their American breakfast (scrambled eggs, toast, coffee, and juice) for $9.50AR and wile away some hours using their free WiFi Internet. Sink into one of the comfortable round couches for afternoon coffee and tostados (toasted sandwiches) and just keep on bloggin' or surfin' the net.

Around 10pm Bar 6 really gets going for the dinner crowd. The place is generally packed so reservations are recommended, especially to secure a homey seat on one of there luscious couches. Entradas range from $15-30AR and include fresh salads or a tasty chicken quesadillas (unfortunately the accompanying salsa is weakly made with tomato-paste base like most unathuntentic Argentine-wannabe Mexican salsas). Mains include a little of everything like a delicious stuffed chicken going for $23AR and everything is fresh, flavorful, and served with style. Each day the pizarrón (chalkboard) boasts daily specials which are also worth checking out. Those who finish their meal with the erupcion de chocolate will not be disappointed but may have to roll themselves home.

After dinner, cocktails rule the night. The noise level rises considerably and Bar 6 lives up to its name. Cocktails are pricey at $11-25AR but contain generous levels of alcohol. The cocktail menu has 10 pages of mixed delicacies so chances are they will have something to help blur the lines a little for everyone.
