This bar is the posh of Porteño nightlife. Located in an 19th century mansion, one can sip on a $16AR martini, dine on a filet of salmon or share tapas ($16-$30AR) while surrounded by large panels of modern art and listening to the latest techno music from the live DJ stand. The massive front foyer is the type where one often finds them self paying entrance fees to old museums. Straight ahead at the end of the foyer is an outdoor patio, complete with a full bar, that leads down a flight of marble stairs. The dimly lit outdoor lawn will be full of people mingling, drinking and socializing in true Gatsby form. Inside, the extra-wide staircase leads up to the first floor which houses a bar, DJ station feeding techno to the whole house, a disco ball, and mini lazer-light show. The seemingly endless high-ceilinged rooms of couches, stubby round stools, and low coffee tables set the comfortably chic scene. The second floor is equally massive and maze-like, but be careful about wandering too far back into seemingly empty rooms; you just might walk in on one of the many couples doing what they do best. In a country where people often live at home until they get married, heavy petting his high on the list of things to do at bars with low leather couches. Come before 12am or make reservations, this place fills up quick. —Milion review by Gena Mavuli
