Galerías Bond Street is an absolute must-see for anyone who ever wondered where the Buenos Aires youth go to satiate their sinful urges. Located in prime territory on lower Avenida Santa Fe – a shopper's haven – Bond Street has a little bit of everything and it's all a little bit naughty.

The tattoo parlors greet visitors wandering in off Santa Fe. This is the place in the city to get inked, pierced, poked, and anything else and those that aren't quite so adventurous can always sidle up to one of the windows and get prime viewing action instead. A wander around the lower floor will reveal the fun Retro-Toys store for anyone in need of action figures, lunch boxes, and other weird and wonderful delights. Fujimoto has fun clothing. Towards the back it is possible to stock up on bongs, Sex Pistols shirts, platform shoes, or music to accompany any of them. The fun continues upstairs in the Planta Alta with Lovers and Fuckers Clothing Co., a tattoo parlor with the gusto to call itself the Tattoo Museum, and a quaint women's clothing store called Dios los Cria with some great, more subtle styles. Directly across from this, however, is Mandragora Dominatriz for all your S&M clothing needs.

Bond Street is definitely worth a walk through. The crowd is typically teenagers stocking up on backpacks, buttons, and JEM! t-shirts. For those who were punks back in the day, Bond Street is a walk down memory lane. Those who haven't dabbled might find themselves buying pink hair dye and getting your tongue pierced: and why not? This is certainly the place to do it. The murals on the wall are worth wondering over – brightly colored and darkly themed they are fun and mix well with the graffiti and stencil art that accompanies it. Should a funky, rebellious teen go missing in Buenos Aires, this would be the first place to look.
